He had me hiding under the duvet as a kid after watching his Dracula Hammer Horrors and played some decent roles in the Lord of the Rings and Star Wars films. RIP. D'oh. Mods, please merge with the other thread. Sorry. I remember watching a horror wirh him in it late one night on bbc2 when I was about 10 or 11,never been so frightened in my life!!
