FORTHCLYDE
What happens if Hibs and Rangers are tied for second place? There is only 1 point difference just now and with only three games left they both could finish equal. The goal difference is two at present. If the teams are level on points, goals and they both have scored the same amount of goals would they have a play off?
Thomaso
Usually it would then be based on head to head results during the season
CollyWolly
Usually it would then be based on head to head results during the season Rule C 35 and C36 confirm it would be a head to head count if points and goals are all equal. That would be in Hibs favour I believe.

scott herbertson
Don't they go to the balls in the bag method. with a hot blue ball and a cold green one - it's the SFA tradition...?

Smoked-Glass
I hate things going in Hibs favour. they only win the largely meaningless and less important games mate so wounldnt worry bout it too much.
Paolo
As the Glasgow side, Rangers get second place.
