Obviously a manager of some standing needs to come first, but I am worried that even some of our players who have undoubted talent or potential may be overly affected by the last couple of years of malaise to get it together. Ach well, we'll wait and see. If it's not going to be McGhee, hopefully we'll have a decent candidate in place by the end of June (at the very latest) who can sort it out from them.
