Rawrrrrrrr Posted May 25, 2008 Share Posted May 25, 2008 Just read this on the BBC, due to a loophole in the legislation, the 42 rangers "newcomers" as martin bain would claim cannot be issued with FBO's preventing them attending football in scotland Whilst FBO's issued in scotland are valid UK wide, those issued in England are only valid in England and Wales. This means those prosecuted in manchester even if issued with FBO's which seems likely will still be able to attend games in scotland unless the scottish authorities take out a seperate FBO. Now given you cant be punished for the same crime twice I doubt that will happen So in essence those who embarassed scotland and rangers will not be punished with a ban from attending games Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
