Ticket office and their staff, Certain players, Cheap end of season tickets to non season ticket holders, Free strips to non season ticket holders, Media relations, Questioning GFA/Officials shall i go on..................? The point I was trying to make was because of your constant - how can i say - positive spin on all things Hearts you have fooled yourself into believing that these people were Hearts employees. For all you know they could have been polish toilet cleaners. He has made terrible mistakes but he is learning and is here for the long term. He is a winner!!!! Looks like he's made another mistake by losing out on Mark McGhee.
