BigC Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I missed the last trip to Ibrox but I'm going to this one. How best to wind up the pond life in the home end? Do we stick with the zombie chat or do we get some new songs given our position in the league? Should be a cracking trip!
jamtartan74 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Zombie nation works and a bit zombie from the cranberries, childish but fun, think it hurts der Hun also, which helps. The hobos walk away chant was pretty funny. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jambof3tornado Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Coming away with a comfy 3 points will be plenty winding up. Oh and the "you let your club die" ditty sang once or thrice should do the trick.
Dunks Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Have you seen a handsome hun? noooooooooo, noooooooooo
jamtartan74 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Stand up if you saved your club stand up... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Le Chat Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Oh and the "you let your club die" ditty sang once or thrice should do the trick. They seem to really hate this, so 7 or 8 renditions of it should do the trick
loveofthegame Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Abuse them about the liquidation from the off. Assuming (when?) we go ahead, start the championees/gonna win the league patter. I literally cannot wait for Friday night!
busby1985 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Zeefooking scores when he wants, zeefooking scores when he waaaaants, genaro zefuik he scores when he wants! Only spelt correctly!
My son's a Jambo Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 "You're not rangers any more..." "There's only one Mike Ashley...." I'm also surprised that I stood there in the cold dump at Cowdenbeath and never got to sing "We're from the capital, you're from a [not very nice place]."
The Gasman Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Wish they would be wound up ... I see what you did there....
Thomaso Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 No point winding them up if we are not winning....
Dalstonjambo Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 We should sing your no famous anymore 'You're not rangers anymore' was very successful at the first game of the season and is far more annoying to them i would think
We_are_the_Hearts Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 "You let your club die" seemed to annoy them the most at the first game......................
Fxxx the SPFL Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 "You let your club die" seemed to annoy them the most at the first game...................... Correct but i think 'there's only one Mike Ashley' would go down well.
DETTY29 Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 No point winding them up if we are not winning....Correct. Hearts songs to start off, get ahead, comfortably ahead then consider the p taking
Feeno Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Id like to see the whole away section act like a zombie hoarde, slow moving, moving in unison like they where searching for some fresh brains. That would be braw
rubyruby Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Super ally in his shed his garden is atrocious..
Yoda Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 For those closest to the Rangers fans, the Harry Enfield loads of money, waving notes at them like the Spurs fans used to do to the Geordies in the 80s.
Hagar the Horrible Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Super ally in his shed his garden is atrocious..He was sitting in his wee shed at the Rhett Butler stand, it was Windy and he was gone
Turkishcap Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I tried to wind up some of them on my fb page by posting the league table and asking, is this the Rangers team that was to be15 points in front by Christmas.....not one of them bit, ah well.
colinmaroon Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Correct. Hearts songs to start off, get ahead, comfortably ahead then consider the p taking Very wise advice! "Comes back to bite you," springs to mind.
BigC Posted January 12, 2015 Author Posted January 12, 2015 Definitely no "Championees" or "We're gonna win the league" chat until we're well ahead... But worth preparing for. We need to do the newspapers thing again at Tynecastle when they come at the end of the season.
redjambo Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 "There's only one Mike Ashley...." "There's only one Craig Whyte..." might go down better. ;-)
Macros Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Had a Hun workmate trying to tell me that since they went into admin first time round their fans had put in ?72m through share issues, tickets, merchandise etc so they had never let their club die
fabienleclerq Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Had a Hun workmate trying to tell me that since they went into admin first time round their fans had put in ?72m through share issues, tickets, merchandise etc so they had never let their club die It's more than that is it not? Usual stuff plus ?70m on top that they pissed away in two years?
Cast No Shadow Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 "Craigy, Craigy Whyte" to the tune of Give It Up.
Seymour M Hersh Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 I missed the last trip to Ibrox but I'm going to this one. How best to wind up the pond life in the home end? Do we stick with the zombie chat or do we get some new songs given our position in the league? Should be a cracking trip! Just go along and support your team HMFC. Ignore the knuckle draggers.
Pennywise Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 What about the old 'take a news paper to read cos we're no bothered about the score cos the leagues won' one....?
Craig Herbertson Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 What about the old 'take a news paper to read cos we're no bothered about the score cos the leagues won' one....? Financial times wearing a pair of specs
Andrew Gilbert Wauchope Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 What about the old 'take a news paper to read cos we're no bothered about the score cos the leagues won' one... Definitely not! One game at a time until the maths says we can't be beaten - only then should we do these kind of wind-ups. No tempting fate please.
Harko Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Financial times wearing a pair of specs Like it a lot - they probably won't know what the FT is though!
SUTOL Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Winding up Rangers. Is that not what BDO are doing?
RobNox Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Winding up Rangers. Is that not what BDO are doing?
RobNox Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Definitely no "Championees" or "We're gonna win the league" chat until we're well ahead... But worth preparing for. We need to do the newspapers thing again at Tynecastle when they come at the end of the season. A rendition of 'Simply the Best' will surely wind them up no end
Toxteth O'Grady Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Winding up Rangers. Is that not what BDO are doing? One Brian Jackson There's only one Brian Jackson BDO BDO BDO BDO BDO BDOOOOOH (here we go tune)
Diadora Van Basten Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Have you handed back your tent. Reference to the AGM in the Gazebo (probably best that I am not going).
Cupar Jambo Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Definitely no "Championees" or "We're gonna win the league" chat until we're well ahead... But worth preparing for. We need to do the newspapers thing again at Tynecastle when they come at the end of the season. That was wonderful that day, even when they scored and we cheered they didn't take it too well
RobNox Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 ''Super Ally'' might be funny 'Super Kenny' would also be be funny
BigC Posted January 12, 2015 Author Posted January 12, 2015 That was wonderful that day, even when they scored and we cheered they didn't take it too well The Mexican wave that stopped when it got to the Huns. One.... Two... Three.... Waaaaaaayyy..... Boooooo!!!!
Martin_T Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 In answer to the thread title, I'm pretty sure there is a fair chance that KPMG will be doing as much in the near future.
