This is what it's about. Keep driving on behind the team and they do the same.

No let up til the title is in the bag. HHGH

It just goes to show that the support is there when we're successful. Just arrived at Almondvale and the pitch is looking good. Should suit our style of play.

Hows that crowd looking guys?   Going to give team a big lift running out to that im sure and ensure they are duty bound to keep their eye on the ball here for 3 points :)

Not many teams in UK take 7500 to an away game

To be fair, Aberdeen brought 8000 to Tynie for a Scottish Cup game in 2006, remember?!

Stadium announcer after the game said we had the biggest away support in the UK this weekend.

Sky TV mentioned this several times today!

Did I hear right after the game - stadium announcer said crowd was only 8,100?  Methinks someone has made a tidy wee sum for themselves today - no way was there 2,000 empty seats there!

At a guess I'd say 600/700 in the home stand, didn't look like many empties elsewhere.

LOL, one of my mates had that same seat number at the San Siro for the Milan derby. The seat was pointed out to him by a steward, It WAS the step.

Had the same problem in the cup game, there were several people's old seats which did not exist... The stump of the seat was still there

That's fantastic, if true. Wonder why? So close to home? Christmas buzz? Potential for 15 points? Probably all of the above.

It's pretty rare for clubs throughout the UK (and I suspect Europe) to take over 7000 away fans other than (and then still not often) for a big cup tie. It's been a long time since Rangers or Celtic took that sort of

away support regularly, even to places (St Mirren, Partick) as close as Livingston is to us.

A thread has been started on hubs.net in order to put us right back in our place for 'salivating' over the seasons biggest away support in the UK.

Apparently the record away support at Almondvale was none other than Hibernians, who 'topped 10 000' on one of their visits. The guy states that he 'knows his facts' too.

I assume what he doesn't know is that the stadium holds 9865.

Was there a problem with some of the Hearts fans who were sitting in the home end yesterday? From where we were sitting in the south stand, it looked as if some Livi fans took exception to some Jambos being in there.

We only sold our allocation given to us. We could've sold a lot more.

Noticed a few hearts fans in the home end being escorted out after we scored.

Edit: meant to reply to Jalbo's post.

They were taken out the stand and then appeared in our end waving at the Livi fans who did not look amused they had got back in. But what got me was one boy had a Hearts tracksuit on and they had let him in the Livi end and had sat there until the goal went in and only then they noticed he had a Hearts top on lol

Rangers hold the record attendance of over 10k in 2001 I assume like other stadium it has lost a few seats due to various changes.

doesn't break down home v away support.
