hisnameis
Some gems from last night: "You can hear the rangers fans getting behind their team....Trying to inspire them" (as "the people" belted out No Surrender) Would like to know which team is associated with a irish battle three hundred odd years ago and what were they inspiring them to do exactly? "They,re bouncing up and down in the stands ... it feels like an earthquake" Read a paper recently erch? "That was crossed in beautifully by the player on the left." Didnae bother to do any research then? Na better off in the boozer wi the rest of the blue brigade. Surely time he went and hung the sports jacket. Darren
I'd heard about the earthquake comment. Wonderful stuff from the master of bluntness. Putting up with Drury actually made me miss the old duffer during my enforced absence.

Ben Dover
I know it's known to many as 'the beautiful game' but surely Archie doesn't have to refer to every single pass, header, or goal : as being ...........eh, beautiful

christhejambo
Had to rake through the Sky channels but eventually found ITV Anglia or something- where there was drivel free commentary. Have watched their run to the final on ITV 4- cant stand McPherson
