269miles Posted May 13, 2014 Share Posted May 13, 2014 One red onion , sliced thinly. Squeeze juice of a lime over them , add the lime zest and put to one side. Put some fresh tomatoes in a bowl of hot water , score the skins first. Skin and de-seed the tomatoes and add to the onions.
