Vlad - for the season Hearts have had SFA - for stupidly cancelling games such as pre-europe rangers games, cancelling old firm match for O'donnell but not the United game who actully played in the O'donnell match. FIFA - just they are really awful to be honest. it was close between Vlad and SFA but Vlad is just stubborn from changing, SFA have caused many more problems with Scottish Football.
