Sorry Jabba, but Quagmire takes the smug points for this one. FOX Sports only captured part of the footage, SS-365 caught the whole thing. A fan broke into the stadium and tried to evade security. The people he runs past seem to be sitting on the seats behind with their feet up, hence why they weren't in the way. Others say it's just a wider row, such as the walking row at the back of Section N1. Ah well, that's that concluded, but now to solve the mystery of that gnome...
