I think Frail has tried very hard with this, for that reason I feel he deserves to stay at the club, he is good at the tactics side of the game, possibly a role as a sporting director or an assistant manager. IMO he doesn't have what it take (just now) to be manager of this club. I have said this as well, however getting rid of players is a board matter, next season, I as a fan would like to see Kingston, Pinilla, Nade etc play for Hearts, if the management/any other forces up there want to sell any of them, then that's up to them but if they are still a Hearts player and good enough, they should play no matter how much they are earning.
