The Wicker Man Posted May 13, 2008 Share Posted May 13, 2008 No - not for your phone If you transfer pictures/mp3 etc by the USB phone cable to your pc. If you wanted to transfer files from you memory card ( microSD ) to another device that only has a mini SD memory slot ( no bluetooth/cables etc ) - then you would physically remove the memory from your phone, put it in the adapter and physically fit it into the other device, so it can be read. Best to keep it rather than bin it though - maybe one day you'll get rid of the phone and want to put the memory card into something else that requires the adapter.
