jambolass1000
All of a sudden the picture on the TV via the cable box goes all distorted as though there is a loose connection. I have tried pushing the scart lead from the cable box to the tv in but it wasn't loose. Could it be a fault with Virgin Media? Any fellow members having any issues or know what could be causing the problem? Cheers

frankblack
My TV is fine with Virgin. Maybe you should phone the 151 number to check if there are known faults where you live.

Swarlos
HDMI is the standard connection now. Your cable box might not have one though depending on its age.

Jambo Hud316
I'm in Gorgie and have had this problem for the past month or so, have moved our Tivo box closer to avoid any stretch on the lead and constantly having to push scart at back of tv thinking thats the problem until it comes back on....I'm assuming this is a Virgin Media problem and not the scart connection on my tv then.
