tickets haven't arrived

Ordered my tickets via website first class post on Monday morning yet they still haven't arrived. Any suggestions as what to do?

If they don't arrive on time can I pick them up at ticket office or get full refund?

If you are a season ticket holder and booked your own seat they are added to your smartcard.

 

I missed the original deadline, ordered via etickets and requested postal option. Waited a week, nothing arrived and phoned TO who confirmed that as long as OWN SEAT, added to card.
