Markie
Are having a meeting now with creditors, could be the end today, our season may be over on Saturday!! Would we be given 3 points for the Gretna game if this happened? Also what would the league have been like at the split without them? http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/south_of_scotland/7388156.stm

Rods
I am sure I read somewhere it is in the SPL guidlines That if a club cannot fulfill its full fixtures, all points are redeemed to the clubs they played May be mistaken
The xx
I am sure I read somewhere it is in the SPL guidlines That if a club cannot fulfill its full fixtures, all points are redeemed to the clubs they played May be mistaken That would have definately happened had they folded before the split. However, now that it is after and everbody played everyone else three times then I'm not sure if they'd just redeem the points from the bottom six. If it had happened before the split we would have had a good chance of finishing in the top six because we drew with them twice. The other team to benefit would have been Dundee United as they lost to Gretna twice. Personally, with only two games left I think the SPL will keep them going until the end of the season as it would cause more contrversy in, what has already been a joke of a season. tedp6873
just been on the news that after the 17th May Gretna will no longer be able to "go on" maybe that is why they are playing the last game on the 13th????
