Tommy Wiseau
Just invested in a cheeky wee Macbook Pro after my old HP packed in, and got 70 quid in the App Store as part of the deal. I don't have any word processing software etc, so will need that and have heard Pages, Numbers and Keynote are pretty good, but other than that fairly clueless on what I should spend my voucher on. I definitely need a word processor, a spreadsheet programme and a power point programme, and am used to using MS Office - will still be using it in work so needs to be fairly easy to use and compatible across the formats without any hassle. Beyond that, I'm not fussed about what I get. Any advice before I waste it all on Champ Man or something?
Tazio
Download Open Office for all the Office stuff and save the freebies. Though I'm cynical enough to believe there probably won't be anything useful that doesn't need money added.
