To all the Hobo's looking in........

We know you?re looking in, so enjoy yourselves ? fill your boots???this another little piece of ?hibs? history you can be proud of just like 1986 you know when that famous hibs player Albert Kidd scored twice. You can have your 0-7 and 6-2 and the 5 league points you gained from them.

But remember 30 years ago Heart of Midlothian FC returned to the top flight of Scottish football for good, after a torrid run from the mid-seventies of yo-yoing between the divisions. The Hearts fans rallied round, even filled buckets with cash to keep our famous club afloat.

What was the difference; the emergence of our home grown youth players ? On the 9th October 1982 in the 71st minute against Alloa Athletic a young lad by the name of John Robertson was to score his first goal for Heart of Midlothian???and that?s when it started that?s when the pain began for anyone and everyone associated with Hibernian football club. Robbo made 55 appearances against your two-bob club ? 27 times he burst your net and 27 times he left you dejected. His crowning moment in the famous maroon was in 1998? when he shed tears of joy lifting the Scottish Cup for the club he loves. Robbo, McKay, Levien, Colqhoun, Clark, MacDonald all names that haunt the hibs ? 17 in a row - 22 in a row ? 39 games of football against your rivals when you stood in your ?shed? or came to Tynecastle and left without a win. We had Foster ? super wayne ? nutmeg your goalkeeper to send you out the cup was it sore - did it hurt??..you bet it did. We kept on going remember 5-1 no not that one, Mark De Vries at Tynecastle ? ouch that hurt didn?t it!!

Then when it all looked bleak again for our club ? moving to Murrayfield ? our home to be turned into flats again you cheered, your little comfort blanket returned ? you tried to hide the pain pretend Heart of Midlothian?s demise somehow made it all better?????but again the Hearts fans rallied ? and we remained at our home, the place you fear to tread, we?ve heard it all ? it?s a boycott, the prices are too high, it?s not safe ? no no no ? it?s just far too painful, its hurts too much watching the 3 stands erupt as yet another Hearts player is written into folklore ? in this new breed a new hero emerged, stand up Mr Paul Hartley ? very similar to the previous Hammer of the Hibs, he was rejected by your sorry little club ? not good enough ? you just don?t learn his overriding desire to smash the ball into the Hibs net was there for all too see ? his crowning moment was on the 2nd April 2006 ? remember that day at Hampden ? 3 fingers in the air to signal his hatrick ? you?d have missed that you were on your bus home or hiding behind the sofa, it ate you up inside you couldn?t believe it had happened again????..little did you know yet another hero was stepping forward the man known as Rudi????thanks to your horrible little centre forward and his unashamed racist jibes Rudi also developed the lust for sending you home in tears ? but let?s not pretend it was the final that did for you just yet ? it was the semi-final, when Rudi scored the first that?s when your fear started, the bravado started to disappear as the unthinkable was about to happen Heart of Midlothian would make the final and it was to be an all Edinburgh affair. What was to follow was the crowning moment of 30 years utter domination, 30 years dishing out beating after beating, we were running out of ways to humiliate you - so it was time to finally send you into the footballing abyss ? and Rudi was the man, he ran the show and enjoyed every last minute of that game.

And remember in between all of this there?s been European glory nights you can only dream of you?ve watched us play all over the continent, that?s hurt bad, if only that was your team our latest adventure to Liverpool ? how did it feel when that ball hit the net at Annfield ? ouch !!

So here we are again Heart of Midlothian are back on the edge ? the fans are rallying again and we're turning to our youth team (sound familiar), the Hibs fans claiming it as their own piece of history, another significant day in Hibernians sad existence. Well just you remember how it?s felt for 30 years and just remember we?ve been through the bad times ? this is the worst crisis to hit us but we are Heart of Midlothian Football Club we will never die and new hero?s will emerge and your pain will continue, you are forever in our shadow.

I genuinely couldn't give a rat's what any other supporter of any other club is saying right now, we have much more important things to think about, but all the same just in case they're looking in I'm glad that this wee gem of a post is sitting here waiting for them. Just a reminder, y'know...of how things are, and how they will always be.

Epic post of historical importance , yes they can have their fun just now but when we re group and sort our selves out that saying of "he who laughs last" will be even sweeter. They have NOTHING to celebrate but our troubles, they have NOTHING to brag about as the events that happened on the 19th of May totally destroyed their 7-0 and 6-2, they even now in our darkest hour chose that to brag about, they are NOTHING to me .

ATTENTION ALL HOBOS:

This is another little piece of ?Hibs? history you can be proud of, just like 1986 you know when that famous Hibs player Albert Kidd scored twice.

What was the difference? The emergence of our home grown youth players. On the 9th October 1982 in the 71st minute against Alloa Athletic a young lad by the name of John Robertson was to score his first goal for Heart of Midlothian. And that?s when it started. That?s when the pain began for anyone and everyone associated with Hibernian football club. Robbo made 55 appearances against your two-bob club ? 27 times he burst your net and 27 times he left you dejected. His crowning moment in the famous maroon was in 1998 when he shed tears of joy lifting the Scottish Cup for the club he loves. Robbo, McKay, Levien, Colqhoun, Clark, MacDonald all names that haunt the hibs ? 17 in a row - 22 in a row ? 39 games of football against your rivals when you stood in your ?shed? or came to Tynecastle and left without a win. We had Foster ? super Wayne ? nutmeg your goalkeeper to send you out the cup was it sore? Did it hurt? You bet it did. We kept on going, remember 5-1? No not that one, Mark De Vries at Tynecastle ? ouch that hurt didn?t it!!

Then when it all looked bleak again for our club ? moving to Murrayfield ? our home to be turned into flats again you cheered, your little comfort blanket returned. You tried to hide the pain and pretend Heart of Midlothian?s demise somehow made it all better. But again the Hearts fans rallied ? and we remained at our home, the place you fear to tread, we?ve heard it all ? it?s a boycott, the prices are too high, it?s not safe ? no no no ? it?s just far too painful, it hurts too much watching the 3 stands erupt as yet another Hearts player is written into folklore.

In this new breed a new hero emerged, stand up Mr Paul Hartley. Very similar to the previous Hammer of the Hibs, he was rejected by your sorry little club. Not good enough ? you just don?t learn, his overriding desire to smash the ball into the Hibs net was there for all to see ? his crowning moment was on the 2nd April 2006. Remember that day at Hampden ? 3 fingers in the air to signal his hatrick ? you?d have missed that you were on your bus home or hiding behind the sofa, it ate you up inside you couldn?t believe it had happened again.

Little did you know yet another hero was stepping forward the man known as Rudi Skacel. Thanks to your horrible little centre forward and his unashamed racist jibes Rudi also developed the lust for sending you home in tears ? but let?s not pretend it was the final that did for you just yet ? it was the semi-final, when Rudi scored the first that?s when your fear started, the bravado started to disappear as the unthinkable was about to happen Heart of Midlothian would make the final and it was to be an all Edinburgh affair. What was to follow was the crowning moment of 30 years utter domination, 30 years dishing out beating after beating, we were running out of ways to humiliate you - so it was time to finally send you into the footballing abyss ? and Rudi was the man, he ran the show and enjoyed every last minute of that game.

And remember in between all of this there?s been European glory nights you can only dream of you?ve watched us play all over the continent. That hurt bad, if only that was your team our latest adventure to Liverpool. How did it feel when that ball hit the net at Anfield? Ouch!

So here we are again Heart of Midlothian are back on the edge ? the fans are rallying again and we're turning to our youth team (sound familiar), the Hibs fans claiming it as their own piece of history, another significant day in Hibernians sad existence. Well just you remember how it?s felt for 30 years and just remember we?ve been through the bad times ? this is the worst crisis to hit us but we are Heart of Midlothian Football Club we will never die. Well said that man.

The only reason YOU H1b5 fans are so obsessed with Hearts is due to your own clubs inadequacies - wait until you wake up realise that it isn't just Hearts that consistently beat you and stop you winning trophies. H1b5 garden will still not be rosy even if Hearts go through a tough patch.

(And also in a much less eloquent message to the H1b5 fans looking in - the guy with the green flare at Tynie looked a bit treggy and the guys in Tynecastle arms were embarrassingly camp and both stunts were clearly done with no Hearts fans about - you cowardly H1b5 wretches).

You are a sad sad bunch.

GORGIE RULES!!

FTH.

Sad that yesterday was the biggest day in their history, followed closely by when Hearts got beat by Dundee and didn't win the League.

What a hilarious bunch.

Then they voted Albert Kidd, who didn't even play for them, the Hibs Player of the Year for 1986. Says a lot about them really!

Was talking to a Hibbee today who said that they are beginning to get a wee bit worried about their own financial situation. Was saying Killie, Dundee Utd, Aberdeen and them are all struggling. Dunno if it's true but it cheered me right up.
