N User
I am starting to think the last time we had any focus/purpose to our game was in May 2012. Today St Mirren had clear focus to their game. Goodwin moved to the back and clearly set out to stop Ngoo and Sutton. Goncalves was a striker who spent most of the game out wide, looking for a mistake to pounce on. The whole team were regularly trying to quickly shift the ball wide over/past McHattie and double up on his where they could. This was just a little of what I noticed. What were we doing? We're 11 players who are trying to win but are making it up as they go along. They're trying their best but without that purpose, we're struggling. Locke is just 4 games into the job so it would probably be unfair to attribute the blame for this onto him but it has to change
liam11
Agree. I think the entire tactics and training process needs to be redone from the ground up.
