leginten
Thank God someone has started the turkey thread. Christmas and Boxing Days were good but I've reached the point of no return now, having consumed a leg with enough meat on it for three people this afternoon. Still about a kilo of breast to go, plus the other leg and both wings. Too mean to just throw it all in the bin. Some decent suggestions here, though. http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/search.do?keywords=turkey+leftovers

ArcticJambo
Mrs AJ made a bannock .... to go with the turkey broth I made earlier. Butter on warm bannock .... ahhhh, barry. Edit: just for good measure ... ...and it might just smell better than a woman's locks.
