What's the difference between deliberate hand ball and diving if the ref misses it?

We all know what action the SFA took over Miko but did anyone see Dailly deliberately handle the ball in the last few minutes today?

 

The ref missed it but the replay showed quite clearly that he did handle it to prevent Celtic scoring a 4th goal

 

So nothing new, the ref missed a penalty, but it was still cheating and of course it could have affected the SPL title so hardly an insignificant moment in the game

 

Will the SFA do anything? No! But they should!

 

Dailly is a cheat!!!!!

I didn't think it was a handball it was ball to man.

 

they celtic player was 5 yards away from him & it wasnt like he was waving his arms about in the air now was it.

 

his hands were clearly by his side & it was ball to man.
