FORTHCLYDE Posted November 19, 2012 Share Posted November 19, 2012 I am having difficulty in obtaining mortgage for property I have bought. RBOS BOS Lloyds Santander Nationwide have said no. My problem is 1. self employed 2. low earnings 3. old. I don't see what the problem is as I have never missed a mortgage payment in my life and my experian score is 999/1000.
