John Holgate, 58, of no fixed address, went into the Ladbrokes shop on North Bridge and exposed himself to staff and customers, a court heard. He told workers at the betting shop: "I'll give you something to call the police about.":107years: Yesterday at Edinburgh Sheriff Court, Holgate, who claims he was drunk at the time, was fined ?300 after telling the court he wasn't up to community service.:107years: He insisted he meant no harm and has nothing against the betting chain. A suggestion that Holgate could be barred from betting shops was rejected by the Sheriff who said he couldn't unless the offender had been violent.
