JustWinBaby
Alright chaps, who do we all fancy for the final major of the year then? Personally I'd like to see Donald win it. 5th place at the Open recently, so appears to be in good form. Hopefully can get that 'major monkey' off his back. That said, now that I've got some money on him he's destined to miss the cut. Probably pick a few other guys as well for a bit of an interest. Selections are as follows: Luke Donald - 20/1 Dustin Johnson - 25/1 Louis Oosthuizen - 35/1 Jim Furyk - 55/1 Bill Haas - 80/1 Tempted to pick some radge around 200/1 as well for shits and giggles. Sergio Garcia
Haven't really gave this Major much thought due to the Olympics. So far my money will be going to usual throwaway bet on Sergio E/W (80/1) and Harrington E/W (40/1) will have a look tonight to see the rest of my betting. Sergio Garcia
Adam Scott anyone? Could do a 'Rory' and bounce straight back. Was discussing this with my brother the other day, I think he might be there or thereabouts but would like to see his opening round.
Hugh Phamism
He's certainly got the game. I think Kiawah is more of a links set up as well so could be in with a shout. Questioni is, does he have the desire and bottle after such a disappointing finish at the Open.

Questioni is, does he have the desire and bottle after such a disappointing finish at the Open. Always been the issue with Scott, he has the game but is his mental application there? He was unlucky in 2011 Masters that Rory blew up in that Schwartzel found that finish from somewhere, but in other Majors its been a while since he really competed. A likeable guy who hopefully will get his major but you never know how players will react to blowing a golden chance.

The Mighty Thor
That's golf porn right there. Cracking looking course. It's a beast. 7,676 yards and it's been pishing it down all week so it's playing very long with rough that's apparently brutal. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a bombing conmpetition for the big hitters.

AndyMcI
No bunkers on he course what-so-ever. Very strange. No bunkers as such but if you miss the fairways you can end up in open sandy areas. Shameless plug - If you see the "Golf Game" thread in the Shed some of play using an online golf game (and JKB has its own "Country Club"). Its a bit like the older Tiger Woods in terms of play. Kiawah is one of the courses you can play. You can also change the setting to play a round in practice mode to play off the Championship tees if you want to see it in all its glory. Tommy Wiseau
Typical that I back him at the Open but not this Pretty sure you say this about someone at every tournament I had Mahan, Watson, McDowell and Dustin to finish top 5. Bubba had a nightmare yesterday and the other 3 are having nightmares today. McDowell and Johnson still in the pack though.
