Gorgiewave
Font of all knowledge JKB, I have done a translation of a document in Word 2007 which had a lot of text boxes and when it's printed out some of the text boxes are shaded. How can I prevent this? I have tried removing shading by highlighting the whole document and removing shading. Thanks for any help.
Say What Again
Try selecting the text box then right-clicking and 'borders and shading' (I think). IIRC 'selecting all' then removing shading wont remove it from inside a text box.
I P Knightley
Try selecting the text box then right-clicking and 'borders and shading' (I think). IIRC 'selecting all' then removing shading wont remove it from inside a text box. That's the game. Proper p-i-t-a but you'll have o go through the document doing each box one at a time. Once the first's done as above, you can ctrl-Y on each of the others.
