Boris
I don't know how anyone could take any pleasure in Wigan doing anything in any game bar losing after what they have done to Hearts, and consequently world football, even out of sheer spite for another more successful team. chester copperpot
GIRFUY Chelsea, blue is the colour, oh wait it isn't. As a Liverpool fan, this doesn't give me great pleasure, but Man Utd have been the best football team in the league by a mile this year, and deservedly have won the EPL tonight. No doubt the Chelski fans will be on here bleating about the CL semi final, but lets face it, Rafa's men are going to put you out again.

Wigan have doen very well at away grounds, Titsup Bramble V Liverpool now Heskey at Chelsea, and people laughed when Wigan drew with Arsenal, but Chelsea on their home patch drawing with Wigan, thats Man U with the title now, I cant believe people thought Chelski were capable of winning the league! JamboSean
It's not over yet, but we need a Man Yoo to lose two games now. Can only hope for a wobble at Blackburn, if not I think that's it over. Grant now needs to win the Champions League. If he doesn't he's out, if not already. Blue still is firmly the colour.

jamboj
Really dont understand Chelsea at all. I've followed them for years, not saying im an avid fan, far from it, but its the first result I check from down south. With the players they have got going forward, the style of play (or lack of it) is embarrassing. Guys like Joe Cole, Anelka, Drogba, Essien, Lampard, Kalou, Malouda, Wright-Phillips are capable of playing attacking exciting football, yet successive managers have decided they're gonna be the second most boring team in the world (behind Liverpool, who could put anyone to sleep). The result tonight shows exactly why they should start playing with a bit more flair and freedom. Its also daft that they make people fork out silly money to watch a team do as little as possible to win a game. Its time football clubs started taking more responsibility for entertaining fans and putting less importance on 1-0 wins. Avram Grant deserves the boot, not for his results (which to be fair aren't that bad), but for his rubbish style of play. Benitez should get the same treatment. It was Webster that invoked the new FIFA clause, don't see what it has to do with Wigan - they just took advantage of the situation. If it wasn't them it would have been someone else. Then quickly loaned him out to Rangers, a team Webster was unable to go to under the FIFA ruling so Wigan acted as a conduit for him to get to Ibrox. Was it part of the deal that saw Murray shut down the Rangers Shops and pass over distribution of Rangers merchandise to JJB Sports. JJB? Hang on, aren't they owned by that chap Whelan, the chairman of Wigan? Blimey, what a coincidence.
