Jambo83
I normally just put a football coupon but I bet on the golf majors aswell. I put a ?1 each way bet on Jimenez at 150/1, this was giving me 30/1 with 1/5 of the odds. The tournament finished like this: (1) -8 Trevor Immelman (2) -5 Tiger Woods (3) -4 Stewart Cink, Brandt Snedeker (4) -2 Steve Flesch, Padraig Harrington , Phil Mickelson (5) -1 Miguel Angel Jimenez, Robert Karlsson, Andres Romero Will I get my each way win as he finished joint 5th, even though he was actually the 8th best scorer? K1874M
Think the player has to finish in the top 5 players... but not 100% on it. ie 1 winner 2 tied for second 2 tied for 3rd... your player would have to be one of the players in the top 3 positions if you see what I mean, I think. I had a ?10 each way on Phil Mickleson, Ladbrokes paid me back ?5.83 cos he finished tied for 5th, I got a quarter of the odds which was then divided by 3 cos a total of 3 players finished tied for 5th place. At least I got something back I suppose.
