Currahee!
The same things were worn in the mid 80's. Baggies I think they were called. I remember we all wore them. We were around 10 year old though. I can't remember any adults wearing them.

¼½¾
There looks like there's plenty room to hide an incontinence pad in those breeks. Which would be useful, as the fly situation looks damned complicated.
Sarah O
Chinos in general They are the new check shirt - it used to be if you want to look like a soul-less drone wear a check shirt out. Now it's chinos. And all scrinchy tight at the bottom?
jambobroch
Fashion items such as these make it far easier to identify total ***** tbf, which is their only redeeming factor. This this and this. It's good to be able to tell someone is a roaster before you have to talk to them. I make no apologies for prior judging you if you wear chinos, pink shirts, those knitted vest things, ugg boots, oversized scarves and/or any number of other items. I saw a guy in chinos and BLOODY FLIP FLOPS the other day around university! In January! It's people like that that make the world hate students. Homme
Went round the shops yesterday on my lunch break for a new shirt for a party tonight. Evey single shirt in every single shop seemed to be checked Opted for a nice plain black number in the end.
Malcolm Tucker
Absolutely nothing wrong with a checked shirt. Either a checked shirt or a t-shirt and cardigan for me. For trousers though, they baggy chino efforts are the worst thing I've seen since 'Nam. Black/grey jeans ftw.
Taffin
check shirts.... hooded shirts.... you can get t-shirts with hoods now.... wearing hooded clothing when trying to dress smartly.... Checked shirts are fine, the arseholes appear to have stopped wearing them again. I have always worn checked shirts and that movement did my head in as I felt like I had to avoid wearing one. I got new trousers today, navy blue trousery/jeans...not chinos though, I hope they are deemed acceptable as the chino brigade are a bunch of welts just now.
