Fermit the Krog
Backs up my view from last night that was ridiculed that Webster was worse than Zaliukas. Hopefully they get it sorted for next week as that wasn't good enough.

jambos are go! Even by folk not at the game.
CMc
Whilst his first yellow card was ridiculous, Eggert was lucky not get a yellow for that pull back he did shortly before their goal.

N User
The highlights show 1 bad mistake from Zal and one bad mistake from Webster. They are only a glimpse of the match. Zal made more than 1 mistake, Webster made more than 1 mistake. Both players also contributed to our win. Zal and Webster started many attacks with their calm passing across the back. They both cut out many ICT attacks. They both cleared many high balls. Zal in particular after his mistakes was very careful to put it out instead of dallying with the ball too long. I don't see why some people like to attack our players.
Sten Guns
Zal and Webster were BOTH poor yesterday. The difference is; Zal is more often than not brutal, a liability and a rotten footballer. Webster on the other hand is more consistent, far superior and carries Zal most weeks. :greggy: I'm able to be honest regardless of Websters past. CRAZY LIKES!!!!! jamboinglasgow
So this thread rather then being about the highlights is a bun fight about who is more to blame, Zal or Webster. So when we actually win people still try to aim hate at their personal player vendettas. How about we actually fecking support the team when they win. On a sidenote, and I know people wont like this, but watch Celtic's 5th goal, scored by an 18 year old Scot (who they took from Rangers.) It shows how low things have got when I am actually pleased to see Celtic playing young Scots (as opposed to Scots who decided they are Irish.) Zal is probably one of the most comfortable players on the ball in our team. Lapses in concentration is where he let's himself down, not in terms of ability. Francis Albert
Anyone who thinks either of our two centre backs are anywhere near the worst in the league should have a look at the highlights of the Hibs game (and some of the others). Some pure comedy gold defending on show. Anyway the highlights for me confirmd one thing about the differences between Webby's and Zal's techniques. When he cocks up Zal looks embarrassed and offers a gesture of apology. When Webby does, he either (1) points the finger at who should really be blamed or (2) strolls nonchalantly on as if nothing has happened. Anyway both are by SPL standards decent centre backs and in partnership concede few goals.
