Meadows Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 It seems every manager sees Hearts as a 18 month stepping stone (JJ aside) Therefore have no interest in using the excellent youths available,preferring to go with experience to ensure their CV looks good pending their next move. If someone could get Vlad to agree to give a young manager 4 years to build a team with the likes of Ridgers,Balatoni,McGowan,McHattie,Mullen,Tobin,Kane,Holt,Walker,Robinson,Temps,Prychenko,etc etc .....Maybe Locke,Murray or even McGlynn?? Throw in guys like Grainger,Barr & Stevenson. I'm certain the fans would back this and support the laddies,the football would improve.Yes,there would be set backs but we get plenty of them with big money big name players anyway!
