Imagine I won't be alone in finding it hard to get to Tynecastle to pick up a ticket. I live/ work in Glasgow, but even for those who do live in Edinburgh, getting to Tynecastle during opening hours isn't always easy. Others won't (be able to) decide to go to the game until the day.
