First major tip of the season from The Merse is the following: East Fife (-1) to beat Elgin in the CIS cup tomorrow. 6/5 your money. Robbo is going to have East Fife going for promotion this season and I know no reason why they shouldn't smash the perenial whipping boys of the 3rd division tomorrow.
