Corstojohn
How Fernando who gets all these headlines after a ?50m transfer and his first goal in almost three months is beyond me. Liverpool are well rid. Carroll and Suarez are the way forward.

gorgie rd eh11
If he scores another 499 it'll still have cost them ?100 000 a goal, that's without adding his wages to the equation.
Craigieboy
Chelsea are a great club. Stamford Bridge looked great today. If only they hadn't slumped so badly, they might have still been in a position to beat brand utd to the title.

Oh, that's right, they don't have a diddy mentality You can't really 'support' an English team. You can like clubs though, and have preferences. Oh, that's right, they don't have a diddy mentality I've heard the Kingussie shinty team have a MASSIVE following among Stoke fans. Disgraceful interest outside of their own team IMO. speedbump
Have to agree with Odysseus here. Listening to folk go on about 'us' and 'we' when talking about clubs they only see from afar on the tv makes me cringe. And don't get me started on the folk who go nuts in the pub when 'their' English team wins. Funny how they've all chosen the glamour clubs as 'their' team. Mmmmmm Sunderland and Scunthorpe, oh the glamour
The Treasurer
Do you think the puddle will get to claim the assist? He sure as he'll wasn't going to score until it stopped there Exactly. Those farcical conditions managed to drag the Hammers down to Chelski's hoof ball level as it was impossible to play real football on that swimming pool.
