neave
My Zen's completely knackered itself - all the buttons are totally unresponsive, the screen appears on but it's completely crashed. I've tried to turn it off with no luck and I've pressed the reset button and still no joy. Any tips?
RobM
The torch of doubt and chaos, this is what the sage steers by. Hope that helps.
Bobby_swing_the_bar
My ipod does that. I found that dropping it onto the floor (carpeted floor) kinda bashes it back into working. Depends if you want to try that or not.

neave
my Zen (vision M) has a reset bit on the bottom. So does mine, Kenif. Previously it hadn't done anything but I've just tried it again and we're back to stations go. Cheers, everyone. Especially RobM for his cryptic, proverbial insight.
