BigC
Breaking news on SKY. Apparenty the undercarriage collapsed. No injuries reported yet thankfully, the PM is due to take off and is sitting on the runway in another plane! One of the Sky News journalists is reporting live from a plane sitting on the runway. roscomcpie
That news article on sky.com has annoyed me. They talk about the PM being delayed before they mention that no-one's has been hurt 5. Where would you think the priority would lie?
Deek
Looks like everybody got out ok. Will cause chaos with the rest of the airport though.

Das Root
Lucky me, I'll be on a plane tomorrow. Maybe I'll get to use one of those slides............erm, that's not a good thing is it?
Midloth_Iain
Looking at the "skid marks" on the grassy area it appears it stopped very quickly, maybe the pilot landed it deliberately that way ? (possible under-carriage failure ?) A miracle it didnt burst into flames if that was the case.
