i8hibsh
Hi I have itunes set up on the computer. I have 4000 sons on it as I have 80 G. Someone else wants to use it but only has 1G. It would take so long to untick all the songs 1 by 1 so is there a way i can untick all the songs so the other person can select his 400 odd songs to fit on his ipod? thanks in advance dudes and dudettes:mj_zivili:
DaveyBoy
Never tried using two iPods on the same iTunes, but I do know that (if you have a CD/DVD writer) you can burn a data disk, with a selection of tracks on it (just start a new playlist and add the songs to it), which your friend may be able to load on to their own iTunes account. Of course, the above solution will only work if your mate has a PC.
Beverley
mark reckons you can only sync 1 ipod and the other has to manually managed. click on the first song, press control and click the last song. right click and "uncheck all" then just drag & drop to the ipod from your library
Brian Whittaker's Tache
If you connect his ipod to your computer it will ask you if you want to update the new ipod Click no then it will just come up as an icon in the sidebar From there your mate can select the songs he wants and simply drag them over to the ipod icon Thats my experience on a mac anyway
davemclaren
Set up playlists and you can just synchronise against the ones you want
