Coco
Read this last night. What a tremendous read it is. Not going to give away too much as everyone should buy it but just a few points. - Gary's absolute love for Hearts shines through every page - he is far too humble about what he has brought to Hearts - the need to recreate the atmosphere MacDonald and Jardine brought to Tynecastle is so clear - one prominent ex-colleague's character is expertly put away - a great wee story about Gary Naysmith - Gary's hatred of the Pieman is colouring his view of VR, leaving him far too sanguine My first 'favourite' player at Hearts, Gary should be very proud of his book. davemclaren
I've not always agreed with everything Gary has said or done but you can't question his deep love of the club. Even when he was playing he always took time to get involved with the Gary Mackay Hearts supporters club, based in Bonnyrigg, in the 80s and early 90s
