RobNox
6 hours ago, Serge Pizzorno said: Any updates or notes from this so far? I didn't take notes, but it was a very enjoyable event. It mainly revolved around our recent Cup wins, Lockie talked about the 1998 win when he was club captain but missed the final through injury, he also talked about the 2012 win when he was assistant to Paulo. Robbie talked about the 2006 win and Jamma spoke to the 2012 win. A lot of it was about how they felt in the run up to the finals, how the managers dealt with things, what it meant to win a final and how hammered they got on the bus trip back to Gorgie. As you'd expect, a few digs at the wee team. Lockie talking about the 2012 final said that we were confident going into the game as we'd bested them during the league games and on paper we were better than them man for man, but they had dangerous players like O'Connor and Griffiths as long as they'd stayed off the coke. Jamma moaning about the second half in 2012 when he had nothing to do and his half of the stadium felt like a ghost town.

Laurie
I hope everyone enjoyed themselves last night. It was our first live event so we were winging it a wee bit, but it seemed to go quite well nevertheless! Big thanks to everyone for coming, and of course to Robbie, Lockie and Jamma for taking the time to make themselves available as well. All for a good cause too.
