Gimme an H...
Surely if we've been talking to Csaba for about 1 or 2 weeks, and now he's finally came over for talks all yesterday, (overseen training aswel, I think?) Surely there isn't any need for 'further talks', surely it should have been we're offering you 'X' amount a year, you'll have full control on team selection etc, I will want an input on transfers, do you want the job yes or no? TBH the way Im seeing it is that Vlad is STILL niggling away at this daft 3 player rule or 20% rule or whatever you call it. It should be done and dusted today, if not, we'll know why IMO. Dr. Bapswent
Im genuinely not expecting to hear anything until sometime next week. Why would you? He is over from Uganda, to review ALL of the clubs facilities, players, finances and terms and conditions. Its not going to be done in 1 day. He only arrived yesterday. He will want to see the monday game too. Why is this a problem, its just a thorough process. I really cant believe people are all getting their knickers in a twist because its not happening quick enough for people....

Dr. Bapswent
on Kickback? Amazing isnt it! i think people just look for reasons to be upset these days. if something looks ok, it must be a ploy...lets tear it to pieces, and even if we cant find any genuine reason to be annoyed, lets makes some up.... Craig_
Maybe he's catching up on the pre-season training? Or discussing transfer targets? Or trying to figure out how that muppet at right-back's been playing in the first team for the last five years!

Jammy T
What odds in there being a "glitch" in the deal as Vlad goes back on the verbal salary offered? Possibly after Csaba has resigned and is therefore unemployed....
Dr. Bapswent
I'm guessing its because its we've been looking for a manager for 6 months, pre-season has started, our first game of pre-season. Hardly ideal preperation for the coming season, particulary when the squad could do with some significant personal change. I would also suggest people are understandably nervous after being turned by others. I actually think this seemed to surface some time last week, possibly before that the length of time to agree contract etc is pretty long. Certainly much longer that other clubs take. IMO this is due to certain restrictions that perspective head coaches will have to work under, that would not be an issue that the majority of other clubs. He may have valid issues to check out, however, in general the whole appointment of the manager has been handled terribly. Not disagreeing with that. But from Csaba's point of view, this has only really begun yesterday, when he arrived in Edinburgh, he doesnt care its taken 6 months to get this far. He is making sure things are done right, to make sure he is making the right move. Now the club have him over here, they are doing the same too. What has went before doesn't really affect the current negociations, but it does affect the fans patience.

Hearts will have to pay out ?120,000 compensation should they appoint the former Ferencvaros coach, whose ?48,000-a-year contract with the Africans is not due to expire until the end of 2010.
