Hearts Heritage
5 years ago today we opened our beloved Hearts Museum - the first of its kind in Scotland. Partially funded by generous donations from supporters and thanks to extensive research from a team of volunteers and Club Historian David Speed, the Museum tells the story of the history of The Heart of Midlothian. We could not have done this without the extensive professional curation and exhibition planning provided by Caroline Mathers - now residing Director of The Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum which was also founded in 1874. And what better way to celebrate our 5th anniversary than to re-open our doors to visitors from tomorrow! Come visit we've missed you! We're open this week on Thursday and Friday from 10-4pm. NB due to the home game on Saturday and an event in the Museum on Sunday we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
