Not sure the current collection of players is a 4th place team in the top flight Tbh. 

 

We won it with a bit to spare. 

 

Whether we won it by 15, 12 or 9 points I don't really care Tbh, it won't have a influence on next season, promotion had to be completed 1st time and although dismissed as a pub league by many of brains trust we've done what hibs, rangers, utd and  Dundee recently never managed, to come back up first time.

The injustice and anger of us being demoted should have brought us closer together.

I just wonder with the amount of silence, that their actually might be something going on in the boardroom?  I'm really hoping that changes are coming as i'm honestly struggling to get up for it next season with the current status quo.

As stated earlier in this thread I emailed FOH with my concerns for next season and asked it they would consider polling members on their current feelings and to ascertain their intentions going forward regarding season tickets and FOH contributions, below is the reply I received today

Thanks for the message, please have my assurance that the club is well aware of the range of thoughts on this one. I feel sure there is no need for a poll of any type, we would be telling the club what they already know.

With the club PR being the disaster it is, surely someone has the intelligence to release these exiting plans before the season tickets go on sail. That would be the sensible thing to do.

There is one more game to play and I'm not discounting the fact that things may yet change behind the scenes. Robbie was brought in with one remit, to lead the team back to the top division. Season tickets will be tied in as the only way to get into Tynie to see the team (in a rota system until capacity allows).

 

People won't have the option of walk ups instead.

I think our first big signing is will be announced very soon after they are out on sale if he is staying.

That’s a poor response. According to some on here it’s a vocal minority that want Neilson out. A poll of FOH pledgers would have evidenced how strong the feeling was one way or the other, then the club would know for fact.

 

As for the rest, we’ll, I’ve been excited by the plans every summer for the last seven years, until those plans are shown to be a pile of shite.

 

If Neilson is in charge when everyone is back in Tynie it will be a poisonous place. Not something to look forward to at all.

The long & short of the story is..sorry Lou we only do as we are asked from AB as to do differently would jeopardise our seats at the big table...until AB asks for a poll it’s off the table.
