Absolutely Colin, I get accused from her Indoors of being stuck in the past. Seeing the wee mans goals why not!!! Quote
copa-mundial Posted June 19, 2020 Posted June 19, 2020 Watching the "daily Robbo" has been brilliant. All Different types of finishes. The kinda striker that is now extinct. Every time I watch them though, I always ask myself. "How did we manage to hold on to him for what really was, the whole of his career?" Thankfully we did, and I'm very fortunate to have seen the 'wee man' in the flesh. Him and Colquhoun. My heroes growing up as a kid Quote
NB GIN Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 What a superb thread 👏👏 What a tremendous finisher he was I remember jock stein saying he was the best finisher in Scotland Quote

jambo2524 Posted July 7, 2020 Posted July 7, 2020 (edited) Thanks to HMFC and CJ for promoting Planet Grass by Greengauge. I was at that game. A Scottish Cup tie at Tynecastle under the lights is hard to beat. Anybody looking for a mini Tynecastle pitch get in touch. Edited July 7, 2020 by jambo2524 spelling Quote
colinmaroon Posted July 13, 2020 Posted July 13, 2020 (edited) Every time I see Robbo finish, it makes my blood boil that he was restricted playing for Scotland by a less efficient striker, chances to goals ratio, in McCoist. It's getting worse with age!!! Edited July 13, 2020 by colinmaroon Quote
