Tazio
Due to my snobbiness about bands cheapening their memory by reforming I turned down tickets for The Velvet Underground and The Sex Pistols when they reformed for one off tours. I regret both.

frankblack
Had a ticket for T in the Park when Bowie was due to headline in 2004. He cancelled and never toured again despite returning with a couple of albums before he passed in 2016. I was absolutely gutted at that one. I P Knightley
There's a few folk saying they regret not having seen The Who, who are in Glasgow in less than three weeks time. HMFC01
I've been listening to a lot of White Stripes tunes and watching interviews since the new year. The Canada tour was good watch. The concert was excellent looking. Some quality stuff. Some not so great. So that's a band I've been thinking recently I wished I had seen/been there. McCartney and Harrison would probably have been more up for live work. You’re definitely right about the amps/PAs they used. I’ve played pub car parks with probably more wattage than they had at Shea Stadium 😂😂 Don’t think they even used monitors either. Would have helped them hear themselves over the screaming. It was a gift that they stopped playing live really, it let them start writing songs without the limitation of worrying whether they could play them live as a four piece. I agree with that. Also in hindsight it was probably good that they split when they did. Their last recorded Album Abbey Road (I know Let it Be was released afterwards) was possibly the best they ever did. I listen to that the most these days. If you ever get the chance, watch Tommy from the Royal Albert Hall, where his performance is absolutely wonderful. Recorded it on Sky Q so should be available. I was there!
