And people doubting it? 3 European countries say they will refuse UK extradition requests now Brexit has happened Austria, Germany, and Slovenia all have constitutional due process provisions which forbid the extradition of their own citizens to non-EU countries. They would certainly have the option of handling any prosecution themselves as they wished. Hardly the UK "taking back control", however. Quote
