Who could last that. 🍺

Tennent's have launched Scotland's ultimate pub crawl – and are offering up a year's supply of beer to those who complete it first.

Those behind the famous Scottish lager have put together a list of their 15 most spectacular places to enjoy a cold pint, with Edinburgh area bars among those included.

The number of tourists I see come into a pub and order a Tennents because they want to drink something Scottish and it is the only name that they are familiar with. I want to tell them it is bland dish water but it has a high profile and brand recognition outwith Scotland.

Found Tennents in a bar in Brisbane a few years ago promoted as ‘Artisan Beer of the Week’.

:cornette:

That said, I don’t mind it.

Used to think Tennents was pish, but now I like it.

There's several more beers I'd rather drink regularly, and Tennents might just be the best of a bad bunch in terms of mainstream lagers, but I do enjoy a good pint. A shite pint can be had, but that's the respective pubs fault.

Yer aswell standing at the urinal when you drink Tennants. It's like Pringles, once ye start ye can't stop pishing.

Never again!

Tenants is great, in a tasteless, fizzy water kind of way.

A great product if for no other reason than seeing the wide array of spellings people have for it.

I drink Tenement's regularly.

I was in a very divey dive in Falkirk a couple of weeks ago and for the first time sampled Tennent's Special, Tennent's Extra, and Tennent's Light--never realised they had all these other varieties (I'd only hear of Tennent's Super ) Actually found all of them more palatable than the plain lager.

Edit: Palatable. . . "Palate". Now there's a word you can also get about half a dozen spellings of, no matter which version of it you're meaning.

You’ll have to be more discerning when drinking ale.🍻

Good man.

If you return to the US I don’t want the natives to be told about that lager.😁

I always wanted to write a couple of their adverts. The ones where they miss out the 'T'. For instance 'Wha a shie pin of beer his crap is'. But I do like this advert

Not a fan of Tennent's, but was at The Wellpark with my eldest daughter a few years back and they do an unpasteurised version.  My daughter is a Tennent's fan so tried a pint.  I had a taste, and it wasn't bad at all.  It was much more akin to a real ale than the gassy pisswater that is normal Tennent's.  I still didn't buy a pint mind.

All unpasteurised lager is much better....and stronger than the actual finished product.

Not drank in it since 1989 so no idea.

A fire would probably have made much needed improvements to the place.

When I seen the name Morgan, I was worried it our Kickback favourite. But I see he was 28.

Going by @Morgan post, he must be closer to 128.

A compliment and a dig in the one post, Tommy.  Thank you!

Anyway, the chap in the article is my older brother.
