JamboSean
So, you've been cursed and you can only listen to three albums for the rest of your life. All other music is banned. What is it? Beatles - Number 1's, The Smiths - The Singles, The Libertines - Up The Bracket. That's my choice, what's yours? And, yes I know two are compilations, they're allowed. I P Knightley
I'm volunteering one other limitation - only one album per artist. Quadrophenia - The Who Born to Run - Springsteen Physical Grafitti - Led Zep (Although flexibility on the compilations means I'd probably take Remasters & skip Stairway to Heaven) Ask me on another day and you'd get a different set of 3 although probably always The Who and Springsteen in there. blairdin
If I had to pick my 3 here and now... Ryan Adams - Gold Ocean Colour Scene - Moselley Shoals Speedway - Save Yourself One is my all time favourite artist and this album has a tune for every mood. One is to remind me of my youth. And the last is 'cause it would be boring listening to blokes sing all the time, and I need some Scottish!

blairdin
\ Christ, I remember seeing them play at my freshers week five years ago, haven't heard a peep from them since... Whatever happened to speedway??? Album wasn't half bad either...... Everything went pear shaped and the band split after they toured with that album. Jill Jackson is still around, seen her perform an accoustic set in Paisley about 18 months ago, but the solo career hasn't really happened for her. Her newer stuff is much more folky, not half as good as Speedway.
