FFS that's like us posting an interview with Anatoly Korobochka.

See the Hibs Observer (Their version of Hearts Standard) posted an interview with Pat Fenlon :rofl:if I was a Hibs fan I wouldn’t want to even hear his name again, never mind a full interview.

Coming up next week...

Matt Doherty? 😊

Great lad is Grant. I'm still scarred by the trips on his Josh Hartley buses to Hampden 😆. Going via hospitality for a change.

Was sitting in front of him at St Johstone away last season and he was giving the team absolute dugs abuse. Was hilarious, and always wondered if they'd heard him/knew who it was, and if they ever pulled him up about it 🤣

And hopefully Scottish cup ,good double

Make that a treble if we pull it off

Indeed. Can’t make it to Dundee on Saturday night but was good to see them beat Kirkcaldy last Sunday and lift the trophy. Hopefully go one better next year and win the league.

Hing oan!

Is there a renaissance ongoing in Edinburgh hockey just now?

Take it that it's the Scottish rather than the National competitions?

What about the Racers?

The new Racers bit the dust with a change of rink ownership so the Capitals resurfaced.

Finished league runners up last 2 seasons but won play offs and play league winners Aberdeen Lynx in Scottish cup final in Dundee.

Also seem to be pulling in descent crowds for SNL.

He's been away for a while now. It was a bit of a surprise but he's obviously getting better paid down the dark side.

Jesus Christ, got about six posts deep and I’d already read that Hibs were gonnae smash us in the derby after the split, and that they were winning the Scottish Cup this year. That’s plenty Hibs.net for me today 🤔🤣🤣

I can never bring myself to read a thread like that, it's just so delusional.

Going by the title of the thread, they're finally admitting that Heart of Midlothian are Edinburgh's powerhouse. 😀

And it'll never change.

It’s like the first post says:

“Hearts are struggling to keep up with Hibs now, both on and off the field”

Then the second post says:

“Maybe if they weren’t a million points ahead of us and in a better financial position then it would be a good shout”

🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️what is it with these clowns?  What do they actually see when looking at the table and our state of affairs compared to there’s?

I had a read of that, what a weird bunch. Absolutely deluded. Hopefully, play off place beckons and they can take their momentum to the Championship and enjoy themselves with the other pub teams.

I dunno guys, bottom 6 and an unquantifiable triumph V actual achievements? I'm torn, I might need to ditch the maroon cardigan.

Some of the replies on that thread, aged horrifically

:vrwow:

Has it been long enough to describe as 'aged', it almost happened instantly. If it's true what they say about a goal only taking a second to be scored, it only takes a second to Hibs'd it, too.

Mr T didnt pity fools. Clubber Laing did. He also predicted pa-a-a-a-i-n which seems very apt in the circumstances Hubz find themselves in.

Firstly, it's Lang, not Laing!  Secondly, Mr T was associated with the phrase well after Rocky 3, including having a series named that!

Looked bare in patches. Granted it was raining when we were there, but you could feel the turf was really soft underfoot. It's not in awful condition, but it's really not at its best either.

Really?

When I was on it I was really surprised how solid it was!

That was before the April deluge admittedly 👍🏻

It could absolutely have been due to the weather in the run up to the game. But it was still quite patchy in places. Surprised how much brown I could see under my feet.

Just noticed this on the BBC site.  Don’t think I’ve seen the post-split teams & fixtures described thus before.

Hear me out … it made satisfying reading.

They've been doing a spring clean over there this evening. Someone posted a long term supplier had been shafted by the club over monies owed but lo and behold the thread has disappeared.

Interesting if it becomes a pattern - was a worrying sign under Romanov.  But something Budge and he regeim have worked hard at - strong partnerships and reconnection to the community.

Couple of years ago a few guys who'd been at Hibs a long time, many of them Hibees, were shown the door or walked.  I think clubs like Hearts and Hibs need connection.

The above may be a rumour - it may have been removed from their site cos it's patently not true.  But if this thing does start occuring, it's a big old red flag.

This ☝️

I've got plenty Hibs supporting mates, and previously I was a "Aye we need the Hibs for derbies etc" but now I wouldn't give two flying ones if they went under. I'd be gutted for about 6 people who are genuinely good guys and love their club, but other than that I'd be over the moon if Hibs went paps up.

I mean Martoon's comment 😜
