Say What Again
Special fried rice is my get out clause after a total bender and she wants a Chinese meal. It's palatable after a million pints and God knows what else Sorry, almost forgot. No egg on top - but through it like Kenny said.
RobM
Heh heh, whenever I think of a fried egg, I think of gammon steak, it's the fat bassa inside of me screaming to get out! Personally John I'd regard a fried egg as a bonus on top of pretty much anything. If it came with a gammon steak we're talking jackpot.
Craig R
Personally John I'd regard a fried egg as a bonus on top of pretty much anything. My flatmate once had a meal consisting of tinned spaghetti bolognaise with a fried egg on top of it. He called it 'spageggy'.

Makween
Eating fried eggs is for smelly peasants. Absolutely nothing should ever have a fried egg on it. They're vile, the second worst food containing egg ever.

K1874M
Egg should be scambled up inside it not on top. Easy to make. Cook rice normally.... let it cool in the fridge. Heat oil in pan till smoking, chuck in onion or spring onion then throw in rice which you have broken up and stir constantly so it doest burn. Let the hot oil coat the rice with out bruning and chuck a mixed egg and keep stirring till eggs cooked.... then you can add soy sauce if you want it.
