The Gasman
I thought it was cause my feet were cold What can you do about it then? The lactic acid is normally flushed away by your usual circulation, and only builds up enough to cause cramp after exercise, or because your circulation has been restricted. If your feet are cold, that will limit your circulation, and it could just be as simple as making sure you keep them warm.

Cow
If the cramp persists then get yourself to holland and Barrett for some calcium , magnesium and zinc (all in one ) tablets. I used to get serious cramp attacks but these bad boys took care of it, I was doing some seriously tough training mind you but they deffinately work. tian447
I've been getting cramp in my foot for a few days now. ******* agony. I was up during the night about in tears with it! What causes it? My entire left leg cramped up and woke me up this morning. I woke my entire flat up with my shouts of "Ahhhh ya ba**ard!!!!"! Took about 4 hours before it went back to normal. Not funny. Absolute agony. Worst thing to possibly wake up to, other than a gantin bird from the night before.

Lovecraft
A well applied leech to a bollock will solve it, just 5 mins before bedtime. Can't be taken the same time as paracetemol though, as leeches don't like it.
