I think that up to a point it very necessarily does. Or, as Nye Bevan put it, "Freedom is the by-product of economic surplus". Global-scale economic development and modernisation in recent decades has generated massive income growth. This has lifted hundreds of millions of people out of poverty worldwide, and in turn increased their wellbeing. I've no doubt that if I looked at one of these international "happiness index" rankings, I'd see an occasional middle-income unspoilt paradise mooching around near the high end of the rankings. But I'd bet good money that most high-ranked countries will have high GDP and/or GDP per head, and will be European. Conversely, I'm sure a few of the richer countries will be further down the list than they'd like, but you won't find them troubling the bottom of the list - which will almost certainly be made up of impoverished and undeveloped countries, mostly in Africa with maybe an Afghanistan or two just to mix it up. Of course, that's up to a point, and I'm not sure where that point is. Somewhere along the line diminishing returns are likely to set in. And of course any income-generating model that relies on physical resources to grow and develop must hit a limit at some point. -
Heard a story about him and his wife having an extremely loud and public argument and the neighbours in the surrounding expensive houses not happy with them at all 😆.

Paste in a Kong is a great one, he loves cream cheese or peanut butter, especially if it's been chucked in the freezer in the morning. This would actually be the best solution if I remembered to do it every day!!

He is some boy. I'm 6ft 4, and he is the same size as me when he stands up on his back legs. He'll put his front paws on my shoulders and lick my ears without any effort at all At full stretch, he makes me look small! Big friendly lump, he loves everyone. If you're not a fan of dogs, he would be one hell of an intimidating beast! Feeding him, however.....

Nah he's gay. He hates women. He said he hid his sexuallity because of the industry were in. 1 of the supervisors is very camp and openly gay, Despite trying to be manly because of the industry were in he likes to tell me 3 or 4 guys at work fancy him and give him the eye. When I think back to what he's said its very predatory. The phone calls are something else 🤣 he does stuff to keep you on the phone. The other night it was 45mins to tell him how to get to mcdonalds from one of our sites. Its a straight road out a industrial estate then right when you see a big yellow M. He makes you go over and over it then argues its wrong. I feel bad for him thats why I dont hang up but its not a friendship im looking to keep.

"Time" Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day Fritter and waste the hours in an off-hand way Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town Waiting for someone or something to show you the way Tired of lying in the sunshine staying home to watch the rain You are young and life is long and there is time to kill today And then one day you find ten years have got behind you No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking Racing around to come up behind you again The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older Shorter of breath and one day closer to death Every year is getting shorter, never seem to find the time Plans that either come to naught or half a page of scribbled lines Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way The time is gone, the song is over, thought I'd something more to say

What's everyone's take on the end of the last episode? Is he going to actually take the job with old rapey? Did he become the new Martha when he got the free drink in the bar after he broke down after his panic attack? The way he looked at the kind barman after his simple gesture made me think of Martha focusing on him after he made her tea. That must have been intentional. He also actually seemed to see Martha as messed up like him during the last voice mail. She kind of explained the latent childhood trauma that turned her into a dangerous, sick, individual and not a monster like the rapist.

Just home from work. Is this the beginning of the Hibs “banter years” oh wait that started in 1875

Always liked Boyce and he's been a great player for Hearts. I'm not too mad about him getting one final year but I don't honestly see him playing too much. He's definitely talented with his linking play but his finishing has gotten progressively worse over the last few years and his injury record is awful. This would have been the perfect time to say goodbye to him but obviously we couldn't. This must be his last year with us. -
Always a good show anytime I’ve seen him.

Map of South America more like. 😂 -
That's a pretty good deal, even at Stratties prices I could do more than £30 worth of drinks in 2 hours. Is there any sort of limitation? For instance, could you batter down cocktails for 2 hours as part of the deal, or is it restricted to certain drinks?

Sounds like Postecoglou wasn’t happy about the attitude towards winning tonight and therefore helping Arsenal.
